Contracts
IT, software & telecoms
Public sector contract notices in it, software & telecoms, from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.
Technology across supply and service: software licensing and development, IT services, hosting and cloud, support and managed services, hardware and office equipment, networks, telephony and telecommunications. CPV divisions 48, 72, 32, 64 and 30, with the IT installation codes.
More public IT is bought through frameworks and dynamic markets than through open tenders, so being on the right agreement is frequently the condition of being able to bid at all. Certification comes up more here than anywhere else: Cyber Essentials or Cyber Essentials Plus is commonly required, and for anything touching personal data the buyer will ask how it is stored and processed. A notice that names a product or platform is usually a renewal or an extension of something already in place, which is worth knowing before you write a response.
