Furniture, equipment & supplies
Public sector contract notices in furniture, equipment & supplies, from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.
Goods of most other kinds: furniture and fittings, workwear, uniforms and personal protective equipment, textiles, printed matter, sports, musical and play equipment, industrial machinery, chemicals, and general supplies. CPV divisions 39, 18, 19, 22, 37, 42, 43, 24 and 14, with equipment installation.
This is a supply category, so it is decided on specification, lead time, delivery and the ability to hold a price, and it is one of the more accessible parts of public procurement for a small firm because a single order can be small. Much of it is bought through frameworks and catalogues rather than individual competitions, and getting onto the agreement is what produces the repeat orders. Where a notice covers a rollout across many sites, the delivery schedule is usually the real requirement rather than the product.
