Court Appointed Intermediary Services - Framework Re-Opening October 2026
The Ministry of Justice is re-opening a framework for Court Appointed Intermediary Services to support vulnerable defendants and parties/witnesses in criminal, civil, family and tribunal proceedings. Intermediaries will assess communication needs, provide recommendations, and attend hearings to facilitate clear communication.
