Open Framework Agreement for Housing Renewals & Adaptations
Swansea is setting up an open framework to appoint multiple contractors for disabled facilities work in homes, split into four lots covering internal bathroom conversions, external steps and ramps, large adaptations including extensions, and general housing repairs. Individual jobs will be let out by grant or loan applicants to appointed contractors on the framework.
