Contracts
Social care & community
Public sector contract notices in social care & community, from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.
Social care and community services: residential and nursing care, domiciliary and supported living, day services, support for children and families, and the community and voluntary sector services councils commission. CPV codes 8530, 8531 and 9851.
Most of this is commissioned by local authorities and integrated care boards, often as a framework or an approved provider list that a new provider can apply to join, and sometimes as a dynamic market that never closes. CQC or Ofsted registration, as appropriate to the service, is normally a condition of bidding rather than something to be negotiated afterwards. Contracts are frequently priced per hour or per placement against a rate the buyer sets, so the question to answer early is whether the rate works for you, not whether you can deliver.
