Property & real estate
Public sector contract notices in property & real estate, from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.
Property and land services: CPV division 70. Letting and leasing, estate and facilities management, property agency and disposal, valuation, lease advisory, and asset management of public land and buildings.
Councils, housing associations, NHS bodies and government departments hold large and varied estates, and they buy advice and management on them in pieces: a valuation exercise, a disposal programme, managing agent services for a shopping centre or an industrial estate. RICS membership is the normal expectation for the professional work, and specific experience of public sector or social housing estates is usually asked for. Note that a property notice sometimes advertises an opportunity to take a lease rather than to provide a service, so read which way round it is.
